Returns:

If you don't love it, return it. As simple as that. Art is supposed to bring you joy. There's no point of keeping it, if you're not 100% happy with the painting. I have 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you may purchase your artwork with ease. Happy hunting!

On the other hand, I'd like to add that whether it has been a listed item or custom order I accept nothing less than a big smile. My mission is to bring joy. I place all my heart in each creation. They are done with much Love!

 

Please, contact me to let me know the reason for your return within 3 days of receiving the package. S&H Returns cost must be paid by the buyer, and the package must be sent back with insurance & tracking number within 5 business days after communication. You may re-use the same box and packaging material if possible addressed to the information below.

Shipping:

I will contact you soon after your purchase. All paintings will travel securely packaged in a cardboard box (see sample here) Tracking information will be provided to you within the next few days (1-5). Paintings measuring 20 inches long or less will be shipped via Priority USPS (2-day), and FedEx Ground (5-10 b/d) for anything larger than 21 inches. In addition, for your reference shipping charges includes: rate, tracking, insurance, signature confirmation & handling costs.

If you are outside the US contact me for shipping rates.

I would also be happy to combine shipping cost or provide you with expedite delivery quote. Please contact me for details.
