When will my Art Arrive?
You may estimate the arrival time by adding the processing & transit time from the time of purchase. We typically process the order from 1 - 3 days. The transit time depends on the shipping carrier. If artwork is smaller than 20 inches and within the US, it's sent out via Priority USPS 2-day. Larger packages will be sent FedEx Ground, which might take 5 - 10 business days.
How do I track my order?
As soon as we create the label for shipping, we'll send you a confirmation email, which will include a tracking number.
What kind of packaging do you use to protect the artwork?
We do our best to protect the artwork, so it may arrive safely. You may see pictures and detailed information about the package process is here
How much are the shipping charges?
The shipping fee is based on size of the artwork you've purchased. We've calculated the cost based on Priority USPS rates within the US, with insurance and signature confirmation. For international shipping please see International Shipping below.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not sent packages to P.O. Boxes. This is to ensure the proper delivery and acceptance of the artwork.
What are your return policies?
If you don't love it, return it. As simple as that. Art is supposed to bring you joy. There's no point of keeping it, if you're not 100% happy with the painting. I have 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you may purchase your artwork with ease. Happy hunting!
What is your return policy on commissioned paintings?
I accept nothing less than your complete satisfaction and a big smile. My mission is to bring joy with each piece, so I place all my heart in your request. They are done with much Love. I've been successful bringing my customers ideas to life. You may read all of them under Testimonials. However, the deposit for commissioned paintings is non-refundable. At this time I am not taking special orders.
What are the steps to return a package?
Please, contact me to let me know the reason for your return within 3 days of receiving the package. S&H Returns cost must be paid by the buyer, and the package must be sent back with insurance & tracking number within 10 business days after communication. You may re-use the same box and packaging material if possible. Sent to the address listed below.

How do I make a purchase?
Once you've decided on the piece of artwork that will bring you joy, click on the button next to the product image. You may continue browsing or click "VIEW CART" at the bottom of the pop up window to proceed. Your cart should list the item(s) by name, showing your total before S&H cost. If you have a coupon, you may enter it at this time by clicking the button. Discount & Shipping will be calculated at check out. Taxes only apply to Florida Residents.
What type of payments do you accept?
For your security and convenience we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. The payment process is SSL Secured, so you may shop with ease. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. It provides a secure connection between internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online.
Do you accept special requests?
I will do my best to accommodate your request. You may write it by clicking "Any requests?" link below the item(s) in your cart. This box is to add a specific note, gift wrap the artwork (even though the paper might get all wrinkled), or delivery instructions to add to your shipping label.
May I cancel my order?
You could cancel any order that has not shipped. Contact me or write to . You could also call me at 786.505.2577. If I don't answer, please leave a message. If we are unable to process your cancellations for items that have already shipped, please visit the Policy page for instructions.
Does the pictures posted on your product page represent what I will get?
I personally edit and upload the pictures I take for each of the paintings. I make sure that the images are accurate and represent the product. However, in some cases, the color may vary slightly based on your computer monitor settings. For your piece of ming you may read a review left by a customer, Jim, that mentioned the accuracy of the images against the real thing. In addition, if you don't love it, you may return it as per stated in our Policies.
What is the process of a Commissioned painting?
The short version: You tell me what you want me to paint and I deliver!

Do you ship Internationally ?
Unfortunately, at this time I am no longer shipping outside the US. I hope that in the near future it will change.
